Solis alarm 1041: Detected DC arc in the DC circuit
Solis alarm code 1041 usually means the inverter has detected a possible DC arc fault in the solar circuit.
Alarm code 1041 may appear as:
- ARC-FAULT
This is a serious safety-related alarm and should not be ignored. A DC arc fault may occur when there is poor contact, loose connectors, damaged DC cabling, faulty MC4 connectors, a poor junction box connection, cracked panels or another issue affecting the DC circuit.
When this happens, the inverter may stop operating to reduce risk and protect the system.
