Solis alarm 1028: DC reversely connected
Solis alarm code 1028 usually means the inverter has detected that the DC input may be reverse connected. This means the positive and negative DC wiring from the solar panels may not be connected in the expected polarity.
Alarm code 1028 may appear as:
- Reve-DC
This is a serious DC-side fault and should not be ignored. Reverse DC connection can prevent the inverter from operating correctly and may damage system components if not assessed properly.
