Solis alarm 1015: No grid
Solis alarm code 1015 usually means the inverter has detected no grid connection. When this happens, the inverter may stop exporting power because it cannot confirm a stable connection to the electricity network.
Alarm code 1015 may appear as:
- NO-Grid
- Backfeed_Iac
This does not always mean the inverter itself has failed. It may be caused by a power outage, a disconnected grid supply, an AC wiring issue, an incorrect grid standard setting, a tripped breaker or another issue between the inverter and the grid connection.
The inverter will normally reconnect automatically once a stable grid connection is restored.
