SMA error 102: Grid overvoltage
SMA inverter error code 102 usually means the grid voltage or grid impedance at the inverter connection point is too high. When this happens, your inverter may disconnect from the utility grid to protect the system.
This does not always mean the inverter itself has failed. It is often a safety response that stops the inverter from feeding power into the grid when voltage conditions move outside the permitted range.
