iStore error 2031: Phase wire short-circuited to PE
iStore alarm 2031 usually means the inverter has detected a low impedance between the output phase conductor and protective earth (PE), or that the phase conductor may be short-circuited to earth.
This type of fault is generally associated with AC-side wiring and may indicate damaged cabling, insulation failure, wiring faults, moisture ingress or an electrical fault somewhere between the inverter and the switchboard.
Because the inverter continuously monitors electrical safety conditions, it may stop operating to protect the system when this fault is detected.
