iStore Inverter Alarm 2011
iStore error 2011: String reversed connection
iStore alarm 2011 usually means a solar string has been connected to the inverter with reversed polarity. This can occur when the positive and negative DC conductors have been connected incorrectly.
The alarm may relate to either PV1 or PV2, depending on which string connection has been detected as reversed.
This is not a normal operating condition and should be addressed promptly. Reversed polarity can prevent normal inverter operation and may place stress on system components if left unresolved.
Contact e-Solar before resetting the system
If iStore alarm 2011 appears, do not attempt to disconnect or reconnect DC cabling yourself.
Our Perth-based solar team can inspect the inverter and solar strings to determine whether the issue is related to wiring polarity, installation faults, connector issues or another DC-side problem.
Contact e-Solar and let us know:
- The exact error code on the screen or app
- When the code appears
- Whether your solar production has dropped
- Your inverter model, if you know it
Do not open the inverter or disconnect solar wiring yourself. High-voltage DC solar circuits can remain dangerous even when the inverter is switched off. A qualified technician may need to inspect the wiring and confirm the polarity of the affected solar string before the system can safely return to operation.
If you’re unsure, don’t risk it. Contact e-Solar for safe, local support.
