Growatt error 408: NTC temperature too high
Growatt error code 408 usually means the inverter has detected that its internal temperature is too high. When this happens, your inverter may reduce output, shut down or stop operating to protect its internal components.
This can happen during hot weather, when the inverter is installed in direct sunlight, when airflow is restricted or when dust and debris affect cooling.
If the issue is not caused by external heat or ventilation problems, it may be linked to a fan issue, temperature sensor fault, internal inverter fault or another cooling-related problem.
